The Organizations or Companies must not provide the access to the Site to their associates, contractors or subcontractors. The access to the Site is not meant for networked computers where more than one person could access the Site by using the same authorized User name at the same time.

The User should not modify the materials at this Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose.

The access to this Site by its Users is specific to the computers that they use at the time of registration. The User may not be able to sign in to the website from another computer. For this purpose, the Site may access User's computer's machine address and similar details and may restrict the webpage opening to a certain web brwoser only. Where the Site may not get direct access to the User's computer's machine address for any reason, the User may be asked about it separately.

At the time of the Registration, user will be asked to provide a four digit PIN number of his/her choice. User is required remember this number. Other than conveying the password if forgotten by the User to his/her registered e-mail address, the User will be required to mention the PIN number in their e-mail address if any change in the information provided at the time of registration is required to be made. Should the User forget or misplace this number, there is no way this number can be provided to the User and the User will be required to register again.

This also applies for the Companies that are authorized users of the Site.

For any matter of conflict, the Site and its owners would prefer to resolve it by mutual discussions. However, should any conflict require judicial solution, it must only be done under Pune judicial jurisdiction. The User agrees that the Site shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any judicial jurisdiction.

Even if certain provisions of these terms and conditions are not held valid by the court of law, the remaining terms and conditions will remain valid.

The Site may revise these Terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. The Site does not undertake to inform all the users of such changes or updates. The Users should visit this page from time to time to review the then current Terms and condition because they are binding on the User. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this Site. Should any of the latest terms and conditions be not acceptable to the User, the User may inform the Site about it and choose to end the Site membership. The Site does not offer any refund of the subscription amount in such situation.

The User is required to provide adequate security measures at his/her end to protect his/her computer and the data on such computer.

The site reserves the right to refuse the subscription to the Site to any User without assigning any reason for such refusal. Similarly, the Site reserves the right to terminate the User's subscription at any time without assigning any reason for such termination.

There will be no refund, partial or otherwise, of the subscription amount or of the amount paid towards the items purchased from the Site under any circumstances. The User agrees not to make any claim against the Site, its owners and associates on such amount under any circumstances.
